By accessing or using Homemark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Homemark is a property monitoring service that allows users to bookmark residential addresses, streets, and neighbourhoods in Canada and the United States. We monitor publicly available listing data and notify users when a bookmarked address lists for sale, changes price, or schedules an open house.
Homemark is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future with advance notice to existing users.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Homemark. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@homemark.ca of any unauthorised use.
Homemark retrieves listing data from publicly available sources. While we make every effort to deliver timely and accurate notifications, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing data. You should independently verify information before making real estate decisions. Homemark is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide real estate advice.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Homemark are the property of Homemark or its licensors. You may not reproduce or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receive email and push alerts related to your bookmarked addresses. You can manage preferences from your profile settings. Essential account communications cannot be disabled.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homemark and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any missed listing alerts or reliance on inaccurate listing data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
